Meet the Team

With a career spanning more than three decades, Chris originally trained as an analytical chemist, and has worked in a variety of industry sectors where it is paramount to get “the right answers.”

For over ten years, he has been working within the asbestos industry. Originally working at the office of the Sheffield Public Analyst, he started as a consultant analyst testing asbestos samples, undertaking asbestos surveys, training staff, and managing the UKAS accredited quality system.

For three years Chris worked at ARCA – the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association as a Training Manager, where he was responsible for the training of more than 5000 people working with asbestos each year. Following this, Chris joined one of the largest and most well-known asbestos contractors to establish and develop an award-winning internal training and development programme.

In October 2009, Chris started his own asbestos consulting and training company – AC&T LLP, and entered into partnership with one of the country’s foremost asbestos surveying and management consultancies, PV Environmental Surveys Ltd. This partnership is now able to offer training courses for asbestos awareness, Management and non-licensed asbestos removal work, as required by the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
